Rosalie Atienza Duque or “Benjo,” as what she is fondly called, was an OFW for 6 years. She is a PH and US registered nurse, licensed mid-wife and has worked as a Dental nurse in Singapore. Last February 2017, Benjo returned to the Philippines to establish the first ever Cattle Affineur project of DV Boer in Umingan, Pangasinan, Philippines. Benjo is also a mother, a wife and a member of CFC Singapore Community since joining few years ago. Benjo and Bern, her better-half, believes that the story of success of a man is not complete without having the abundance shared generously and the goodness of our Lord reciprocated. Benjo’s liking and exposure on financial, monetary and self-development trainings in Singapore made her rethink about the work-life balance cycle of an individual. Year in, year out, she sees to it that transitioning into a real estate/agricultural entrepreneur might one day, give back to her family and inspire other OFW friends to do the same.

Devoted to agriculture, specifically to grow healthy herd and reap organic fruits and vegetables fresh from the farm, El Rancho Delos Ben is a 5-hectare land, located in Barangay Carayungan Sur, Umingan, Pangasinan that particularly sets a high standard in integrated farming – the perfect breeding paradise for high-quality cattle. The two outstanding programs that we offer to our PA-IWI partners are (1) Cattle Affineur Program and the (2) Dairy Cattle Surrogate Program.
